SAN JOSE, Calif. — Oracle’s top executives — including CEO Larry Ellison — may be spending Thanksgiving in Brussels, Belgium, this year as they wage a concerted effort to convince European regulators that the company’s plan to buy Sun Microsystems is not anti-competitive.
